Types of data we collect

During your use of the services provided by the Opsidian Slack App, we collect the following information:

AWS access keys

We may collect information from you, such as AWS access keys, when you add a profile in the Opsidian Slack app. AWS access keys are not shared with any third parties and are used solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Information collected from Slack messages.

We do not collect or keep information from Slack conversations, and we do not process messages transmitted, except for slash commands related to the explicit usage of the service. We do not monitor team channels. Communication with Opsidian is possible only via slash commands. Opsidian slash commands are processed and saved by us in order to provide and improve the service.

Transfer / sale of personal data

We shall not sell, transfer or lease out your personal data to third parties.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this privacy policy or any portion thereof. Any changes will be effective from the time of publication of the new privacy policy. Your use of the Opsidian App after the changes have been implemented implicitly expresses your acknowledgement and acceptance of the new privacy policy. Otherwise, and if the new privacy policy does not suit you, you must no longer use our services.
